WHAT IS COMPOSITE WOOD (WPC)?
Composite wood / Plasticized wood - WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is a composite product invented in Japan, in 1976, which includes wood flour (over 50%) and plastic waste, a stabilized mixture against UV rays, molds and insects.
WHICH OBJECTS CAN BE OBTAINED FROM WPC?
From the extrusion process mainly results rectangular profiles for the outdoor decking(70% of the annual world production of more than 1,500,000 tons of WPC, about 350 million square meters are used for outdoor decking like terraces, gardens, pontoons, pool beaches, playgrounds in parks and stadiums). A great quality of WPC profiles is that they do not change significantly their dimensions by exposure to light and heat, the expansion coefficient is close to that of the aluminum.
You can also obtain profiles for pillars and fence grooves, tiles, exterior paneling, resistant pallets, door and window systems. Due to the exceptional resistance to atmospheric conditions, WPC products are the ideal solution for urban furniture (benches and tables in parks, trash cans, pots for ornamental plants), fences and surroundings, footbridges and pontoons for boats, pergolas and gazebos.

WHY IS THE COMPOSITE WOOD THE IDEAL CHOISE FOR LIGHT EXTERIOR DESIGNS?
By joining extruded profiles from WPC we obtain outdoor decking, pontoons, pool beaches, playground, alleys, fence panels, gazebos, benches, tables, urban furniture in many colors and unlimited textures. The tools used to process WPC profiles are the same as those used in joinery. The wpc profiles can be easily drilled or milled, deburred with a simple circular saw and fixed with fastening screws. WPC-manufactured objects are exceptionally resistant to humidity, ultraviolet radiation, molds, insects, low or high temperatures. At your request, WPC profiles can be fireproofed increasing flame resistance several times over the impregnated wood. They do not have to be protected by painting or varnishing and have a weatherproof guarantee of at least 15 years.
However, if desired, WPC can be specially treated to be varnished or painted according to the user's wishes. Through final treatment processes, WPC profiles can be embossed with different types of veneers or polished to get closer to the appearance of the natural wood. In contrast to the rolled products (covered with a superficial layer, laminat parquet type), which friction tear requires their replacement, wpc profiles are colored in the mass and so this shortcoming is eliminated.

ECONOMIC APPEARANCE
Because WPC-manufactured objects do not need any maintenance, saving the labor and the cost of protective paints, the initial investment (of the same order of magnitude as impregnated wood) is amortized over the first two years of use. Even in comparison with normal wood, superiority at all WPC technical chapters makes the investment in this material to amortize within 5 years. Due to the fact that this material not only comes from recycled materials but is also 100% recyclable after use, buy back systems are possible for large quantities (of hundreds square meters).

Due to its structure and composition, WPC does not emit toxic gases and does not release hazardous substances to the environment (compared to fibrous materials using formaldehyde adhesives).
WPC does not produce secondary pollution so technological waste can be reintroduced 100% into the production process.
